Behind the camera, website, and blog is me – Jeffrey Wetherill – IT director, coffee connoisseur, avid hiker, beginning kayaker, camping enthusiast, and long-time photographer. I live in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee (just north of Chattanooga) with my wife Sarah, daughter Carly, and our two pooches – Suzie (Weimeraner) and Jazz (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). I’ve been snapping photos since I was in high school in the early ’80s and have always taken an interest in photography.
In terms of my gear, here are some of the things you’ll find in my camera bag …
- Fuji XH1 APS-C mirrorless camera
- Fuji lenses (XF 16-55mm, XF 18-135mm, and XF 27mm pancake)
- LowePro & Vanguard bags
- Vanguard monopod & tripod; meFoto mini tripod
- Lots of other accessories
In 2017, I graduated from the Professional Photography Course at the New York Institute of Photography (nyip.edu) and continue to pursue ongoing training and workshop opportunities. I’m a member of many Fuji-related groups on Facebook, regularly read fuji-x-forum.com, and subscribe to Fujilove magazine. My photography home is wethersnaps.com.
All of the photos on wethersnaps.com are my original work. They are copyrighted and can only be used with permission. If you’d like to use one, or you find anything on wethersnaps that interests you, please contact me. I’d love to hear from you. Thank you for your interest in my photography.
